Case File: Logic Mysteries
What this policy covers
This policy describes the Case File: Logic Mysteries mobile app (the “App”). The current MVP is designed to work offline and does not require an account.
Information the App stores
The App stores game progress and preferences on your device. This includes solved cases, grid marks, hint counts, streak information, and sound, haptic, and contrast settings. It also keeps a small local gameplay log (up to the latest 500 events) for product and development review. The App does not send this log or your game data to Stackvio Labs or to a remote analytics service.
The App does not ask for or collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, or account credentials. It does not provide account registration or sign-in.
Game data remains in the App’s local storage until you clear the App’s data or remove the App. Device backup and restore features may copy App data according to your device and account settings; those backups are controlled by Apple or Google and their privacy terms.
Sharing a solved case
If you choose to share a solved case, the App creates a case image or a short message and opens your device’s share sheet. The image or message identifies the Case File number and that it was solved. It does not include your account information. The App does not send it anywhere on its own; the app or person you choose in the share sheet may receive it under that service’s own privacy terms.
Ads, purchases, and analytics
Ads, rewarded videos, and in-app purchases are disabled in the current MVP. The App does not initialize its advertising or purchase integrations in this configuration. No remote analytics service is configured. If these features or other data practices change in a later release, this policy and the Google Play disclosures will be updated before that release.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not require personal information to play. If you believe a child has sent personal information to Stackvio Labs, contact us using the address below so we can review the request.
Your choices and deletion
You can clear the App’s local data in your device settings or uninstall the App. The App has no Stackvio Labs account or server containing your game progress to delete. You can choose whether to use the share sheet and which app receives a shared case.
Policy website
This policy is hosted as a static page on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical request information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure the policy page. This concerns visits to the policy webpage, not gameplay data collected by the App. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the App’s data practices change. The effective date at the top shows when this policy was last revised.
